The Paed Tidt or 8 direction Sak Yant is one of the most popular Sak Yant tattoo’s as it has a powerful meaning behind it as far as a Buddhist Protection spells goes. It has all encompassing strength pulled from 8 differennt directions protecting the person who wears the tattoo from all sides. It was first written by the Khmers during the peak of the Khmer empire that ruled all South East asia and is still practised by the Cambodian people and Thai’s as they share the same Buddhist beliefs as steaming from the joining of the Khmer and Siamese empires centuries ago.
